In coordination with the St. Charles Parish Emergency Operations Center, St. Charles Parish Public Schools continues to monitor conditions, impacts, and forecasts associated with the current winter storm. While temperatures are forecasted to briefly rise above freezing on Wednesday, refreezing is expected through Thursday morning, resulting in continued operational and safety challenges. Additionally, school system employees will not be able to fully assess facilities and their operational status until Thursday. Due to these safety considerations, all St. Charles Parish Public Schools’ sites, including the School Board Office, will remain closed through Thursday, January 23, 2025.
