Welcome to Eual J. Landry’s Counseling Corner! I’m so happy to be able to communicate with students and parents about what we do here at the center.
My name is Dr. Iman En-Nabut, but many know me as “Dr. E.” I have been a counselor for 17 years and I truly love what I do!
First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to visit our webpage. We can all agree this year has been out of the norm, but please rest assured that we will love, care, and educate your child.
This is our first year with the E-Learning program. Our teachers are prepared and ready to work with each and every student to ensure there are no gaps in their learning.
As the Counselor here, I make it a point to get to know my students well. I encourage them to be authentic and get the assistance they need here so they can make their transition to their home base school successful.
So, what do I do? My days consist of individual and group counseling. All students also participate in our SEL program. We have a dedicated group of individuals that make up the Social Emotional Wellness (SEW) team and our main focus is ensuring that every child achieves the five core competencies of SEL: Self- Awareness, Self - Management, Social Awareness, Responsible Decision Making, and Relationship Skills.
I also enjoy working with our parents. Raising and educating lifelong learners is a group effort!
